Set Intentions Build a bridge toward what you want to attract in your life. This is called setting intentions (see below). Meditate Dissolve the darkness through meditation. See the love and light within to clear any sadness, shame, loss, disappointment, anger or fear. Stop, breathe and focus on the present moment.
